THEATRE ROYAL: THE LINGARDS.
" Quk Bovs" was honoured with another excellent house on Saturday night, the dress circle being well filled, and the performance equally successful, but it was in some partioalars an improvement upon that of the previous eveniug. Talbot Champneys had somewhat improved his aristocratic stammering, and Mr. Craig felt more at home as Charley Middiewick. Of Mr. Lingard's •* Buttermao," and .Miss Lingard's ••Mary Melrose" nothing need be satd. Mr. Leopold's Sir Geoffrey, Mrs. Fitz William's Aunt Clarissa, and Miss Bl&uche Leopold's Belinda, were thoreughly good, impersonations. The " New Magdalen" is underlined tor this evening.
