BANKRUPTCY. Re Matthew Maweh.—The debtor was a storekeeper at Kawakawa, Bay of Islands. The liabilities were set down at between £600 and £700. The debtor applied yesterday to a final meeting of his creditors for his discharge. The trustee brought up his report, from which it appeared that the estate had been realised, and would yield a dividend of 53 in the £1. The trustee saw no objection to the debtor receiving his certificate. Tho creditors passed the ordinary resolution recommending the debtor to the favourable consideration of the Supreme Court upon his application for his discharge.
