HAURAKI SAW-MILL COMPANY.
The ordinary meeting of shareholders of the Hauraki Saw-mill Company (Limited) was held at Mr. L. D. Nathan's office, Shorfclandatreet, yesterday,"at 3 p.m. A majority ot shareholders being present, Mr. Nathan took the chair. The minutes of the last meeting having been read andcontirnied, tlis Secretary la.i l on thß table the balance-sheet of the company's accounts, made up to tue 3iat December, 187S, together with the auditors' report. Tue b-iUnce-aheet W l3 adopted. Mr. L. D. Nathan retired from the directory, aud wa3 re-elected a director. The appointment of Mr. 6. \Y. Owen and Mr. L. J. Bagnill a3 directors was CO J*~ firmed, and an auditor wa3 appoiutad fortha present year. The meeting terminated a Tote of thanks to the ohairmaa.
