John Jones, coal and firewood dealer, Auckland, has filed a statement of insolvency, and the first meetiug of his creditors ia called for the 15th January. The quarterly meetiug of the Auckland Licensed Victuallers* Association is advertised to be held to-day, at half-past 2 o'clock, at the Park Hotel.
