Messrs. Tonks and Co. held a sale this morning of American jewellery, which was well attended by dealers, and a large quantity was disposed of. A small parcel of insurance shares was offered, and the following prices realised :—South British, 66s 6d ; Union, 13s 3d; and National, 25s 6d per share.
