DR. HASSALL’S REPORT. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 54, Holborn Viaduct, K. C., London, 9th Mhv, 1577. Report on a Sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps received from Mr. H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the above-named article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are set forth in a separate report shew that this sr.irit is of good strength, practically free from aridity, and tha’ it contains but traces of solid matter in’ solution. ' It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a"pure and mild taste. Mr. Hart’s Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its class, is well purified and quite genuine. (Signed) Arthur H.
