Messrs. Cochrane and Son will offer to public competition, at noon to-day, the cutter yacht Juno and open sailing boat Amy, with cheir outfit, kc. The A.S.P. Company's s.s. Go-Ahead's departure for GLshornc has been postponed until 4 p.m. to-day. Since in port she has been on the slip at Messrs. Sims and Brown's, where her bottom has been scraped and repainted.

The ketch Pearl entered out yesterday for the Friendly Islands, and is now loading, with the intention of sniling on Saturday. We understand tha* Captain Loverock proceeds in charge of the vessel on this occasion. The N.Z. Co.'s ship Otaki cleared at the Customs yesterday, and sailed through the night' for Port Chalmers. She takes away 475 tons manganese for London. which has stiffened the vessel considerably, and avoided the expense of ballasting. The p.' 3. Hauraki is advertised to leave Oneliunga for B;ig!an at 8 o'clock this morning. As the telegrams do not announce her departure from Waitara, )t is just possible that she is not in the Manukau, and her departure for Raglan may therefore be postponed until further notice.
