Watkks : Sir, —I have much pleasure in informing you, that after having made a very careful analysis of various dimples of sweetmeats manufactured by you, I find that they are free from ail adulteration, and that the colouring matters are quite innocuous. Willi regard to the Chocolate, I find that t ia quite equal to the best English or French preparations ; and, being entirely fret from husk, it will form an excellent article of diet for invalids, especially those suirering from an mpaired digestion.—l have the honour to be, sir, your obedient servant, Jamks M.
