[lWora It C. liarstow, Es*. K.M ] Drunkenness.—A trio of inebriates —ono man and two women—came before the Court aud received pumshtneut. Absent without leave.—John Greenland was charged with a breach of (lie Merchant .Shipping Act, by absenting himself without leave from tho Jiritisli barque Memento, on the 27th inst. The prisoner was discharged from custody, as his vessel had sailed on the previous night, and no one was present to prosecute. This concluded the business.
