HOLY TRINITY CHURCH, OTAHUHU.
The annual meeting o£ the members of this Church was held in the school-room on Thursday evening. There were present Rev. F. Gould and. 10 members. The meeting was opened with prayer. Mr. Bowden read the statement of accounts for the past year. From the disoussion that arose on the statement, it appears that it would require some £16 more to make up the full stipend due to the minister for December, 1876, besides a further sum of £15 due for some years past. Mr. ]sowden stated that they had no report to present.—Moved by Mr. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Luke, " That the balance-sheet be adopted." Carried.— Mr. M. M. Taylor was elected parish churchwarden, and Mr. Bowden was appointed minister's churchwarden. Messrs. Thomas Johnston, S. Luke, J. Fairburn, H. Willis, J. Hall, A. M. Shepherd, Plumley, and Toms, jun., were elected members of the vestry. Messrs. W. S. Day and George Willis were elected auditors.
