Tenders will be received at the Provincial Offices, Sbortland-street " uckland, until noon of MONDAY, the 4th DECEMBER, 1876, from persons willing to purchase Debentures to be sold by the public Buildings Commissioners, under the authority of the above-named Acts, aud secured on tho Lands aet forth in Schedule 2of the said first-named Act. The amount proposed to be issued Is £10,500. The Debentures bear interest at the rate of seven (7) per cent, per annum, payable half-yearly. The Principal to be repaid at par, by the application to annual drawings of one (1) per cent, sinking fund. The Debentures will be issued in amounts of £100 each.
