' :■ PROGRESS' OP BILLS. : The Public Works Lyttelton Harbour Cand the Native Reserves Bills were read a .third time. The New Zealand Loan Bill and Disqualification Bill was read a second time and committed. A clause was added in the list exempting from disqualification Superintendents and members of Executive Councils at the time of the complete coming into force of the Abolition Act. The Otago and Wellington Tolls Bills were read a second time.
