Tenders. MUNICIPALITY OP NAPIER, HAWKE'SBAY. TO CONTRACTORS. Tenders are jrequired for the Reclamation and Formation of the following Streets in the Napier Town Swamp, viz. :—Mnnroe - street, Thackeray - street, Raffles-street, Sale-street, Owen-street, and Faradaystreet The estimated amount of the Earthwork is about 62,000 cubic yards. Sealed Tenders for the whole, including three Box Culverts, endorsed, "Tenderfor 3treet Reclamation," to be transmitted to the Town Clerk's Office, Napier, at or before noon of November 1,1870. The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted. A Deposit of 2 per cent, calculated on the amount of the Tender, is to accompany each, and no Tender will be received without this Deposit.
