GOLD MINING COMPANY (REGISTER KD). Thursday, the thirtieth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six. Upon the petition of EDWIN WEBB, of Grahamstown, in the Borough of Thames, Quartz Crusher, a ■Creditor of. tho abovo-naujed Company on the thirtieth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six, presented to me, Fraxois Dart Fiktok, Esquire, the Judge of the said Court, and upon hearing Mr. Maodonaid, the Solicitor for the said Petitioner, and upon reading the said Petition and the Affidavit of Hobbrick McDokalp Scott verifying the same, and upon tho other evidence adduced in this matter, 1 do order that the said Company be wound up under the provisions of the said Act. And I direct that all proceedings in and under such winding up order be carried on at the District Court-house, Grahamstown. And I appoint the thirteenth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six, as the dsy for a General Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company, to bo held at the offices of Messieurs Macdonald and MlltXilsK, Brown-street, Grahatnstown, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon. And I direct that this order be served upon the Legal Manager of the said Company and two of the Directors or late Directors of the flaii Company, by the Petitioners, in the manner provided by Section one hundred and twenty-nine of the said Act.
