PAPAKURA R.M. COURT.—MONDAY.
[Before Thomas Jackson, Esq., li. M.] Heard v. Long.—This was a claim for fencing eight and a-half chains, at 30s a day, heard last Court-day, and judgment reserved, The R.M. now gave judgment for £10 14s 6d, or eight and a-half chains at 2Gs, and costs £4 3s. The other cases were struck out, through non-appearance of parties:
