.- J"' Ke Di'STKFHEKSONZ-α meeting of creditors was held held yesterday, in.the estate of iDi Stephenson, l 'of Wyndham-street, coffee met-, chant. The meeting had.been .adjourned from time to time; to secure the attendance of the creditor's trustee. The estate had been seized - under ■' a bill of sale by the: secured creditors (Messrs. Morton and Grant), who put in a further claim of £230, in virtue o£ which the book debts were assigned to' them. Some; delay %yas occasioned by the trustee not having arrived for a considerable period after'the hour announced for the meeting to beheld. Subsequently, however, the trustee was in attendance. A resolution was passed, declaring the liquidation, to be closed. A resolution, granting the debtor his discharge, was also agreed to unanimously. - ..._!'• Re Clement "Witheford (Paeneix).— A meeting of creditors was to have been held in this estate, but no business was done.— The meeting was adjourned to Wednesday, at noon. •
