Notice is hereby given, that the provisions of " Thn Stamp Fee Act, 1575," will bo brought into operation in the offices of the District Courts throughout tho Colony, on tho Ist April proximo. After that date, all duties, fees, fines, and penalties hitherto payable to Clerks of District Courts in rash, must be paid by means of stamps, impressed or adhesive, as prescribed by the regulations made in pursuance of the said Act, and no cash will tbi reader bo received for any such fees, &c.
