Township of Grahamstown, containing 93 acres, and being Allotment No. 214 of the Parish of Owhiwa, County of Marsden. This island, as its name denotes, is famous for its liraestons, and is most accessible, being in the fairway of all steamers and vessels passing to and from Whangarei.
