Breaches of the By-laws.—Joseph Fahey was fined 10s and costs, for driving round the corner o£ Queen and Wellesley-streets at more than a walking pace.—George Cook was charged with allowing a stage carriage to ply to other termini than those mentioned in his licence. Mr. Philips, on behalf, of the Corporation, said that there was no desire to press for a, heavy penalty, but it was absolutely necpwary that the by-lawo should be
