AUCKLAND SOCIETY OF ARTISTS.
There was a good attendance yesterday, so that the prospect of the exhibition was considerably improved. In the third section are some works that will be found interesting. These are Mr. Hoyte's painting representing "The Devil's Punchbowl, on the Bealey"; "The Pakuranga Ranges, by Mr. Albin Martin ; the " Otira Gorge," Westland, by Mr. Hoyte; pen and ink sketch, by Miss, T.
