THE UNION SASH AND DOOR COMPANY (LIMITED).
The half-yearly ordinary general meeting of the above company was held yesterday afternoon, at tho office of Mr. T. L. White, No. 31, New Zealand Insurance Buildings,—Mr. L. D. Nathan in the chair, and from the report and balance-sheet submitted, the company appears to be iu a flourishing condition, and have declared a dividend at the rate of 10 per cent, for the half-year, payable at the ollice of the company on Thursday next, the 22nd inst. Messrs. Kissling and Howard were re-elected directors, and Mr. J. Buchanan as auditor for the ensuing year.
