Coclirano"s auction mart to-day the following sales of property were effeited: WalUato allotment, parish of Pnkeknra, SO acres, price £9210«; Cambridge West), allotment 102, 1 acre, £2; Springbank, lot SO of subdivision of suburban allotments 32 and 33. section 8, 40 feet fronUgo to Cameron-street, with cottage, £3»; lot 75. 37 feet 8 indies to Newton Road, with building, £37 10s: lots 102 and 103. 60 feet to Suffolk-street. £9 Is 0d; lots 132 and 133, 66 feet to Eden-stccct. £11 lie. Messrs. K. and 11. Isaacs hold a sale to-day of 0 cases of French ornaments for wedding cakes, and confertloncrs - decorations of all kinds; also boxes of crystalised fruits and sweets, aad cosaques of all descriptions. Tho trade was well represented, and the bidding spirited. Considering tho large quantity that was submitted to au:tion, very satisfactory prices were realised.
