Upon the Fetition of the Junction Gold Mining Company (Registered), on the 20th day of October, 1874, presented to this Court, holden at Auckland, and upon hearing Mr. Buddie, as Counsel for the Petitlon'r, the said Company, and reading the said Petition and the Affidavit of Robert Sommerville, the Legal Manager of tlio said Company, verifying the same, the Court doth order that the said Company be wound up, under the provisions of (he said Act; and tbc Court doth direct that all proceedings in or under Bnch winding up order are to be carried on at the said District Court, aud doth appoint TUESDAY, the third day of November, IS7-1, as the day for a General Meeting of the Creditors of the said Company, at the Office of Messrs. Wldtaker and Russell, Solicitors, Wyndhain-strcet, Auckland ; and doth direct that this order be served upon the Chairman of the Board the Legal Manager, aud one of the Directors of the said Company, in manner provided fur by section 129 of the said Act.
