SUPREME COURT.—In- Banco.
Friday, August 21. [Before His Honor sir George A. Arney, Knight, Chief Justice ] His Honor sat in banco this morning. Dcdkr v. Richmond (Demuurer to RkJ joinder.—Mr. MacCormiek was heard today against the demurrer. The position of the proceedings was explained in our report of the last sitting. Mr. MacCormick held that it was not sufficient to shew that the at. ««. was set aside after execution. The other side must go further, and shew that it was set aside upon, proof of faet which shewed ail irregularity or that the process was illegal. Uuless some irregularity were shewn the Court would not review the circumstances. The argument iinil not concluded when the Coins rose at 4 o'clock.
