Tenders, to be accompanied by Plans, Sections, and Specifications, will be received till Two p.m. on MONDAY, Ist I)ecemb-r proximo, for the Construction and keeping in repair for a term of one year of Waterworks for the City of Auckland, to supply not less than one minion '1.000.000' gallons per day, by gravitation, from the Nihotupu ftiver, distant some sixteen mites from the city. Separate Tenders, flans. «vc., are invited for Constniction of a Distributing Reservoir, to contain five million '5,000,0001 khllods, Separate Tenders, flans. Sec., are invited for the Construction, Working, aid Maintenance in good repair, for a term of five years, of Works which shall supply, by pumping, not l«*ss than one million (1,000,000; gallons per day to the Distributing: Keservoir, either from the source known as the onehunga Springs or that known as the Western Springs. Tenders are not to include the amount of compensation to be paid to landowners and others, as this will be otherwise ascertained.
