A sum of £1 must be sent for r*ach adult required, which will be used, when necessary, in assisting the emigrant to obtain a passage. Employers should write direct to R. For information of parties interested in the Green Harp, Reach, and Venus Companies, the following Circular is published and is about to be issued by the Directors of the Union Reacli Company " Otlice of the Union Reach Gold Mining Company (Limited), No. 5, Insurance Ruildings, Auckland, June, 1873.—Sir,—I am instructed by the Directors of the Union Reach Gold Mining Company (Limited), to inform you that this Company has been formed for the purpose of working the property formerly belonging to the Green ilarp. Reach, and Venus Companies. These three Companies became involved in monetary dilticultics, and their properties were seized and sold by the Sheriff. The Directors of this Company have become the purchasers, in order preserve the "property for such of the paid-up Shareholders of the old Companies as may bo willing to become Shareholders in the new Company, with a view to the effective working of the ground. The amount paid for this purpose amounts to£soo. This Company was formed with a nominal capital of £10,000, divided into 8,000 Shares of £2 each. These Shares have been appportioned as follows : —Green Harp, 2,5'J0; Reach, 3,250. Venus, 7CO ; the Promoters ot this Company, 700 Shares, and Natives 2»0. making altogether 7,450 appopriated Shares, and leaving 550 Shares still the property of the Company. Any Shares not taken up by the Shareholders of the Green Harp, Beach, and Venus Companies, will also belong to this Company as unalloted Shares. Ail iho shares are liable to a call of £2 each, except the 250 Shares allotted to the Natives, in consideration of the ownership of some of the land, which Shares are deemed to be fully paid-up. As a- Shareholder in the Company, 1 am instructed to offer you shares in this Company, in proportion to the number of paid-up Shares held by you in the former Company. If you desire to take up these Shares, I have to request you will make application to me on or before July 6, stating the number of shares you hold in Company, on which all Calls are paid, and on paj'raent cf a deposit of 4s per Share on the Shares allotted you in this Company, your name will be placed on the Register.
