For information of parties interested in the Green Harp, Reach, and Venus Companies, the following Circular is published and is about to be issued by the Directors of the Union Reacli Company " Otlice of the Union Reach Gold Mining Company (Limited), No. 5, Insurance Ruildings, Auckland, June, 1873.—Sir,—I am instructed by the Directors of the Union Reach Gold Mining Company (Limited), to inform you that this Company has been formed for the purpose of working the property formerly belonging to the Green ilarp. Reach, and Venus Companies. These three Companies became involved in monetary dilticultics, and their properties were seized and sold by the Sheriff. The Directors of this Company have become the purchasers, in order preserve the "property for such of the paid-up Shareholders of the old Companies as may bo willing to become Shareholders in the new Company, with a view to the effective working of the ground. The amount paid for this purpose amounts to£soo. This Company was formed with a nominal capital of £10,000, divided into 8,000 Shares of £2 each. These Shares have been appportioned as follows : —Green Harp, 2,5'J0; Reach, 3,250. Venus, 7CO ; the Promoters ot this Company, 700 Shares, and Natives 2»0. making altogether 7,450 appopriated Shares, and leaving 550 Shares still the property of the Company.
