She left Lrtteltm on (he Iltli inst. Tha barquentine Prince Alfred will leive for the Kaipara in a day or two, to load with timber for Melbourne. The schooner Clyde arrived from Wangarei on Saturday morning, with a cargo of settlers' produce and a number of passengers. The tide oil Saturday was very low. As the E.s. Gemini was rounding the T on her way to Riverhead, she stuck in the mud, and had to be poled off. The brigantine Flirt arrived from Lyttelton yesterday morning, wi'li 913 sacks potatoes, 437 sacks oats, and OS sacks of wheat. She left Lyttelton on the 13ih inst. The schooner Atlanta arrived from the East Coast on Saturday evening, with a cargo of settlers' produce and a number of pigs, &c. The p.s. Royal Alfred made a special trip to the Thames on S tturday eveni-.g, having on board the Auckland Naval Volunteers, who are to take part in the Thames review to-day. She returned to Auckland yesterday afternoon. The. new steamer Minawatu, being built by Messrs. Nice.:!., at the North Shore, is rapidly approaching completion, and she will very shortly be launched. Tenders are called for fitting up the fore and chief cabins. The s s. She will leave for New Bedford in u few days. As the s.s. Rowena was leaving the Bay the Auckland whaling barque Albion was just coining in. The e.s. Rangatira, Captain Hepburn, arrived in harbour at 10 a.m. on Saturday. Slie left Wellington at 8 a.m. on the 20tli; arrived in Napier at 8 a.m. on the 21st. ; sailed again at 5 p.m. 6ame day ; arrived at Poverty Bay at 5 a.m. on tlie 22nd ; left at 3 p.m. same day, and arrived here as above.
