Notice is hereby giTcn that by an order of the Supreme Court of Sew Zealand, at Auckland, made and dated this day, it was ordered that a public sitting oi' the said Supreme Court of New Zealand, in its Bankruptcy jurisdiction, be held at the Supreme Court-houseat Auckland aforesaid, on THURSDAY, the sth day of June, 1873. at 11 o'clock in the forenoon for FftANCIS YOUNG, of Onehunga, Contractor a Bankrupt, to pass his last examination; and unless thft Court otherwise directs, to make application for his flual discharge, under the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act, ISO 7, and the several Acts amending the same. A sum of £1 must be sent for each adult required, which will be used, when neccssarv, in assisting the emigrant to obtain a passage. Employers should write direct to R. \V. Hethekinocon, stating full particulars of situation and of tho -iervaut wanted. Strict investigation will be made into all servants' characters before an engagement is made.
