HOARDINGS IN PUBLIC STREETS.

To the Editor of the Hebald. Sib, —While these things are neco3sary for the advancement of our city, it is but right that the comfort of the citizens should be consulted, and I would aak you to rfquost the Inspector of Nuisances or of buildings— I don't care who—but some one in authority —to compel the person who erected the one in Queeu-street, near the OJd Fellows' Hull, to make it less of a nuisance than it now is. Three or four turns in the space of 10 feet, and great care required to keep the pumphandle from your faoe, is not pleasant.— I am, A SUFEKBEB.
