The subscribers have received instructions from Mr. Richard Moork, Wine and Spirit Merchant who is leaving tlio Colony, to sell, at the Land Mart, Fort-street, This Day (Thursday), at 12 o'clock, HIS Valuable well-known Property situated at Epsom, on the main road to Onehunga (to which it has a frontage of 400 linksi, containing 9 acres 1 rood 25 perches of rich volcanic soil, the pick of the whole neighbourhood, substantially fenced with a stone wall aud white paling fence, and subdivided into four paddocks, orchard, garden, yard, Sc. The improvements consist of a comfortable Family Residence, containing five rooms, kitchen, and dairy, the whole of which have been thoroughly painted and papered during last year. The outbuildings comprise, large barn, coach-liouse, stable, cowshod, four-stall open shed, and stockyard, all pived with heavy scoria stoue, the stable floored with two-inch kauri boards. The house and outbuildings have been re-shingled with thevery best heart-of-kauri shingles during the last two years, and arc now all in first-class order. Attached to the house is a small vinery,.out of which from 60 lbs. to 100 lbs. of the very choicest grapes are obtained every year.
