Tho meeting; la=t was a " new point of departure" in the history of the institution. It was of a thoroughly earnest and practical character; a number of valuable suggestions were thrown out. in the report, brought, up by Captain Daldy, which, in the hands of a good working ommitioe, will, at. no distant dale, remove the incubus of dobt that, has weighed so heavily hitherto. As signilicant, of a desire to " begin at the beginning," the general committee were instructed to prepare u revised consLilution, to bit submitted nt a future general meeting of members.
