Kkmp.- On February 21, at Mr. Lincoln's, Symondsstrect, after a few days' illness, James Kemp, senior, late of Kerikeri, Bay of Islands, in the 75tli year of his age. Ills funeral will leave his late residence, Sytnondsstreet, for St. Stephen's Cemetery, at 3 o'clock this day. Friends will be pleased to accept this invitation. Williams.—On February 21, at her residence, Ilobson-street, Mary Jane, the beloved wife of Mr. Thomas Williams, and relict of the late James Henderson, aged 43.
