The printed rules of the Waikato Jockey Club as to the laws of racing will be strictly adhered to. , RULES AND REGULATIONS. No entries will be received for any of the races except upon this condition : That all disputes, objec--3 tions, claims, and compla nts arising out of the racing shall be disposed of and decided by a majority of the Stewards of the Waikato Club Meeting, whose decision on all matters connected with the programme shall be final. All entries to be made to the Secretary of the Waii kato Club, with entrance money enclosed, with name, age, and pedigree of horse, name of owner, and colors of rider, on or before the 15th February, 1572. Any jockey riding, eicept in the colors entered and in . jockey costume will be lined £1. * All horses not the bona tide property of settlers, and trained in the Waikato at lea.*t one month before the date of meeting, to carry (excepting in the handicap) 71bs. extra Half-bred hordes allowed 3lbs. The usual weighing fee will be charged. No horse will be allowed to run unless his owner is a subscriber to the fund of £1, excepting in the Hack Race. No second money given unless specially mentioned. The horses to be handicapped by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint.
