Plans, Specifications, and Form of Tender may be seen, and further particulars obtained, at the Public Works Office, Emily Place, Auckland. Tenders to be endorsed, " Tender for Whau Bridge." SPENDERS will be received by the Liquida1. tors till noon on the 14th day of April next, for the PURCHASE of tlie Business, Freehold and Leasehold Property, Slip, Steam Fleet, and Coal Hulks of the above Company. A good and profitable Carrying and Passenger Traffic is being carried on, and is capable of great extension. The vessels have recontly undergone considerable repairs, and are all in good working order. They consist of the ' Wellington,' 365 tons, 80-horse power; ' Kangatira,' 218 tons, 50-horse power j ' Ahuriri,' IS-t tons, 50-liorse power; 'Storm Bird,' 90 tons. 30-horse power ; " Lady Bird ' (laid up), 323 tons, 70-horse power. Two Coal Hulks, will contain together 500 tons. A Slip capable of taking up for repairs, &c., vessels of 300 tons. The Offices are Freehold, situated convenient to the public wharf, and have a large water frontage. The fullest information can be obtained on application at the Office of the Company in Wellington.
