REFERRING to the Notice issued from this Office, and published on the 19th L r Ju ly last, warning people that no part of the seashore from Capo Colville to the Kauacranga River, being the land between high and » low water mark, had been included within any ' Goldfield, and that no person whatever had the right to enter upon or occupy any part of ■1 the said laud for the purposo of mining for gold, Noticc is hereby given that proceedings will be immediately commenced against any person or persons whomsoever found after this date mining for gold upon the said land, or otherwise unlawfully intruding upon or occupying the said land for any purpose whatever.
