As a country settler, my opinions arc that an alteration and amendment in several of the laws bearing inimediately.on the interests of the country districts, is one of the most prossing requirements of the day. 1 further consider it to be highly desirable that oonio very much extended and workable scheme lor educating the rising generation in the outlying districts, whether they have Highway Boards in operation or not, should occupy the early attention of the Provincial Council.
