EXTENSIVE LAND SALE AT GRAHAM'S TOWN. MB. JOHN BENNETT Has been instructed by Robert Gbaham, Esq., to sell by auction, at an early dato, sufficient notice of which will be given, ' i LL THOSE VALUABLE ALLOTMENTS •' NOT YET DISPOSED OF IN GRAHAM'S TOWN, THAMES. In making this announcemont the Auotiouecr begs to call the attention of the public generally to the fact that this centrally situated Township is now rapidly having its importance recognised, and that in a short time it will be as celebrated as those Victorian townships, such as Ballarat, Bendigo, Clunes, &c., where land, in an indescribably short poriod of time, owing to the development of tlio gold mines, rose from 20s. an aci-c to £30, £40, and £50 per foot. It is unnecessary for the Auctioneer to dwell upon the fact that, independently of tlio money just commencing to be circulated in the formation of Government Works, Tramways, the Extension of the Pier, the Lighting of the Town, &c., &c., &c., the Mines themselves, now being so rapidly developed, disclosing, as they daily do, prospective advantages such as no country has ever yet seen tha like, must in itself offer a guarantee of future and oontinued prosperity. It is, therefore, with perfect faith that the Auctioneer now urges upon the public generally not to loso the last chance of securing some of the few Allotments remaining unsold.
