In the 84th olauao of the latter act, which pro yidei for the levying of diatriet rates, it ia atatod thii euch rates oh all be colleotod in the sume manner a ratea are oollocted and recovered for the pnrpoeos o the floral Diitrict Act, 1869. That Act being nul and void, can such a rate be lawfully colleoted P Xh above queßtiono are aaked, not fri.m my desire I 1 throw impedimenta in the working of the Schools Act but aimply that the error, if euoh it may be cnlled mar bs rectified as early as poaaible.—l am &o.
