Thb Wellington.—The B.s. Wellington, Captain Holmes, is due in this harbour to-day, and the Storm Bird 111 the Manukau. The Wellington -was to leave Wellington on Friday last, calling at Napier, and leaving the samo day for this port. '1 he schooner Duuedir% left Kaipara on the ultimo, and arrived in harbour yesterday znorn after a fine run of five days. She brings a fall of sawn timber for the Union Sash and Boo* Company.

The barque Ballarat will haul into the berth vacated yesterday by the Kacehorae, and commence to load for London to-day. The barque Eliza Shairp, Captain Gay, sailed from Kaipara, for llYlbourne, with a full cargo of timber, on the 2"th ultimo.

A Boat Capsized.—By the schooner Tauran which arrivod from the Bay of Islands list evenin we learn that Mr. George Shaw had a narrow escaps of being drowned on Thursday last. Shaw, it appears, was sailing down the river in a small boat when a sudden squall capsized the boat, throwing its occupant into the water. Fortunately soma persons on board the schooner Sea Breeze observed the accident, and Captain Norris immediately sent his" boat to the assistance of Shaw, who was thus saved from being drowned. The boat belonging to Shaw sank beneath him, and was never seen again. The clipper ship Ranehorse took her departure at 5 p.m. yesterday for Sydney in ballast. She bad three saloon passengers f)r Sydney. The s.s. Go-ahoad wsk passsd by the sohooner .Taut Bnga on Saturday, off Wangaruru. The Xatt3a>."&a.—The schooner Tauranga, Capt. Bolgej, left the Bay of Islands on Friday last, and arrived in harbour yesteruay morning, with twentyfive head of cattlo consigned to Mr. A. Buckland, fifty cases gum, Mr. Walker, and the following pas-' aengera .- — Mr. H. "Williams, the Rev. Mr. Clark, Mr. and Mrs Goff, Miss Johnson, Mr. Fairburn, Mr. Marshall, Mr. Baker, and three others. The schooner Sea Breeze, from Auckland, arrived at the Bay on Thursday last, and was to leave for Auckland on Monday or Tuesday. The schoony Queen, Captain. Veale, hence, arrived at Bussell on Tfiutsday last. The cutter s e a Flower sailed from Bussell for the Thames on Friday last. The ketch Speedwell, for the Bay, waß passed on Saturday morning, also tho s.s. Go-a-head, running back to "Wangaruru, in consequence of a heavy N. W.- gale. The barque Prince Eegent hauled alongside th« Queen-street Wharf, on Saturday morning, to discharge the remainder of her coals.

Entebprisb No. 2.—lt appears that the sale of Enterprise No. 2, as reported in our issue of Saturday has, for some reason, fallen through, and the boot is therefore utill owned by Messrs. Heimes, who, we are informed, will continue her as heretofore, in tha Thames tiade.
