SHARE CIRCULARS.—NoIistof unsold Stocko prices of unsold tftock will be published ; but intending purchasers of Mining and other Stock will be furnished with fullest details of such property on application. MINING- C /MPANIES.—AII necessary information in the formation of Companies will be afforded. PRINTED LISTS of Mining Stock, Shares, Claims, &c, with private advice as to value, will be forwarded to Agents in Australia and the Provinces of New Zealand. MINING JOURNALS of Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland, will be filed in the office. D. J. O'KEEFFE will purchase Mining, Bank> and Insurance Scrip, Claims, or Shares in Claims, for ' persons at a distance, or those unable to visit the Gold-field. Complete title, register, and transfer the same, und draw as per advice for the amount of purchase money and charges. Title always to accompany draft through such Bant as the purchaser may direct. D. O'KEEFFE will also, at the request of the Purchaser, employ proper and efficient Labour to represent such interest as may be purchased, and will cause to be performed such other necessary supervision as will ensure to the purchaser the full benefit of his venture.
