The barque Charlotte Ann has completed he? lo&d----iDg for England, and will clear at the Customs either to-day or early on Monday morning, taking her final departure for London on Tuesday next. Hho has on board a valuable cargo of kauri gum, wool, iron, &c, and about a dozen passengers. The barque Kate "Watters is expected here in about a fortnight, to load for Kngland. The arrivals during the week were but fBW. The Kenilworth, with a cargo of timber and shingles, anchored off the North Head on Saturday morning, and sailed again in the evening, for Noumea, New Caledonia, with her original cargo. On the 15th the 8.8. Star of the South arrived from Napier, with a ergo of 1200 sheep and a quantity of tallow and or hides. On the following day, the barque Prince Alfred came in from Bydney with a large cargo of general merchandize, having made the passage over in nine days.

The 8.8. Star of the Bouth left again for Napier on the 17th instant, with a quantity of general" cargo, and early this morning the brig Dart and schooner Amateur siil for Sydney with gum, timber, flax, &c. The s.s. Halyeon lias commenced running between Auckland and Hastings, and promises to be a favorite with passengers.

The s.e. Tauranga left Auckland at 11.15 a.m., and arrived at Shortland after a good run of five hours. She left again at 5 25 p.m., and arrived alongside the ■wharf at 10 40 p m., bringing a large number of passengers. The Tauranga leaves again for the Thames at 9 a.m. to-day, foe Siiortland direct, returning again this evening. The s.a. Halcyon returned from the Thames last evening. Captain Wing reports leaving Snortland at 10 minutes to 5 o'clock, and arriving at the wharf at 10 p.m., making the pas age in 5 hours 10 minutes. The Halcyon brought up 85 paisengers. At 10 o'clock tbis mornin-r the Halcyon will leave" the wharf for Uastinge (Tapu Creek) and Shortland, returning again this evening. The Shamrock arrived from Mercury Bay yesterday with 18,000 feet timber. No other vessels wera loading for Auckl md. The schooner Jane, Captain Holler, left Tuuranga on Wednesday eveninjr, and arrived in harbour at noon yesterday, with 30 passengers and a few sundries. The echooner Murewai hence, arrived at Poyerty Bay on the 12th instant. The Betsay reports the echooner Lady Don, and cntters Rose and Kautilua lyiDg at Mercury harbour on Wednesday last. The schooner Herald sailed for Kusaell last evening, with a quantity of railway iron. The Doiphin.—The Meteor and Betsey arrived in harbour yesterday from the Fast Coast. No tidings of the cutter Dolphin had been received at any of the places called at by these vessels, and there is but little doubt that she is lost. The cutter Betsey, H. Trimmer, master, left Napier on the 9th instant, and p.rrived at Poverty Bay on the 11th, leaving again the same day ; arrived at Mercury harbour on Monday last, and left again on Wednesday morning, arriving at Kennedy's Bay thesame day ; lnft again on Thursday morning, and arrived in harbour at 6 a.m. yesterday, bringing 3} tone bones, 1£ tone Government stores. The Betsey landed 14 passengers at Kennedy's Bay from Napier and Poverty Bay.

Thb Mbteob. —The eohooner Meteor, Captain Stuckey, returned from the K»»t Coast yesterday morning with 15 passengers, and ft cargo of produce. The Meteor left Auckland on the 12th May, and proceeded to Tnpafoa, where she loaded sheep and pigs for Kennedy's Bay, arriving there on the 29th ultimo. Left ngain on the' let instant, and on the following day called at 1 licks Bay to land paaeengere. From thence proceeded along the const, gathering up cargo, and sailed from Tuparon on Sunday last. Arrived at Kennedy's Bay on Monday afternoon, and left again on Wednesday, arriving in harbour nt-& a.m. yesterday. Cargo:—2so bushels maize, £ ton flax. Owen and Graham; 130 sheep, 33 pigs, order ; 10 casks pork, Walker.
