Arthur & Son, at their Auction Mart, Qjieen-street, Auckland, on WEDNESDAY, the , twenty-sixth day of August, 1868, at the hom I of eleven o'clook in the forenoon, unleae the said debt or sum of £2,803 lie. 9d- and interest be sooner paid, together with the said eu«i of £1 13s. 4d. besides Sheriff's Poundage, Officer's lees, &c, all the estate, right, 'title, and interest of the said David Graham and John Graham of in and to all that allotment or parcel of land in the sail Province, containing 186 acres 1 rood and 11 perches more or leas, being allotment No. 12 of the Village of Waiuku ; and all that allotment or parcel of land in the suid Province, containing 174 acres, and 24 perches more or loss, being allotment No. 5 of the Village of Waiuku aforesaid ; and all that allotment or parcel of and in the said Province, containing 92 acres and 1G perches more or lese, being allotment No. 11 of the Village of Waiuku aforesaid; and all that allotmen* or parcel of land in the said Province, containing 61 acres 1 rood and 12 perches more or less, beirg part of No. 7 of Suburban Section 12, of Auckland ; and alss all that paicel of land in the said Province, being part of allotment No. 17 of suburban section No. 12 of Autukland aforesaid ; end I further give notice that the e»tat« and interest o? the eaid David Graham consists of the equity of redemption held by the said David Grahsm in the said properties subject to certain mortgages thereon for tho respective amounts therein specified and the interest thereon, and also all that parcel of land in the Province of Axicliland in the colony of New Zealand containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 19 perches more or less, comprising allotments Nos. 8 and 9 of section 10 of the town of Kaglan ; ftnd all that allotment or parcel of land in the suid Province containing 1 rood more or less, being allotment No. 13 section 1 Parish of Waiuku, Pura Pura ; and all that allotment or parcel of land in the said JProvince containing 1 rood and 17 perches more or lees, being allotment No. 13 of tho Village of Waiuku aforesaid, and all thut parcel of land in the said Province, containing 8 roods, more or less, comprising allotments Nos. 10, 11, and 12 of the Village of Waiuku ijforesaid ; and all that parcel of land in the said Province, comprising allotments Ncs. 1 and 2of section .No. 4 of the Town of Whaingaroa; and all that allotment or parcel of land in tho said Province, being allotment No. 15 of section No. 5 of the Town of Whaingaroa aforesaid ; and all that allotment or parcel of land in the said Province, containing 32 peiches more or less, being allotment No. 13 of section No. 2 of the Town of Wheingaroa aforesaid ; and all that parcel of land in tho said Province comprising allotments Nos. 20, 21, and 22 of section No. 4 of the Town of Whaingaroa aforesaid; and all thut parcel of land in the said Province comprising allotments iN'os. 13 and 14 of section No. 9 of the Town of Whaingaroa aforesaid ; and all that piece or parcel of land in the said Province, being part of allotment No. 13 of section No. 4, of the Town of Auckland ; ar.d all that allotment or parcel of lanH in the said Province, being allotment ;:o. 10 of section No. 2, Town of Whaingaroa aforesaid ; and all that) parcel of land in the said Province, comprising allotments Nos. 29, 30, 31, and 32 of the Village of Waiuku : and all that allotment or parcel of land in the said Province, containing 1 rood and 30 perches more or less, being allotment No. 7 of section So. 45 of the Village of Onehunga, in the Parish of Waitemata and County of Eden; and all that parcel of land in the said Provinca, comprising allotments Nos. 24, 25, and 26 of the Village of Waiuku aforesaid ; and all that allotment or parcel of land in the said Province, being allotment No. 72 of the Village of Panmure ; and, also, all that, allotment or parcel of of land in the said Province, being allotment No. 19 of the Village of Waiuku aforesaid. All which said allotments, pieces, or parcels of land hereinfore mentioned are delineated, and the boundaries and measurements thereof shewn upon the several plans thereof drawn upon the memorial of the judgment upon which the said Writ of *'i- Fa. was issued, and which memorial ie registered at the Registrar of Deeds' Office at Auckand aforesaid as No. 37,055. And I further give notice that the estate and interest of the eaid David Graham in these last mentioned properties consists of an estate in fee simple free from incumbrances, and that the same has been taken by me in execution at the suit of the said Bank of New Zealand, the execution creditors. Fa. issued in this action and directed to mo ordere ing me that of the real and personal estate of the above-named William Appleyard, I should cauet to be made the gum of £80 10s., together with interea upon the said sum at the rate of £8 for everv One Hundred Pounds by the year, together with £1 13s. 4d. for the said Writ and Warrant, besides Sheriff's Poundage, Officers' Fees, &c, from the Twentieth day of November, 1867. Now I do hereby give Notice that I shall cause to be sold by Public Auction, by Samuel Cochrane and Son, at their Auction Mart, in Fort-street, Auckland, on the Thirty-first day of August, 18G8, at the hour of Twelve o'clock at noon, unless tbe said debt or sum of £80 10a., and interest, be sooner paid, together with the said ram of £1 13s. 4d., besides Sheriffs Poundage, Officers' Fees, &c, All that the estate right title and intorest of the said Willia-n Appleyard of in and to All that parcel of Land in New Zealand aforesaid containing 1 Acre more cr less being Allotment No. 28 in the Town of Alexandra East Parish of Mangapiko, County of Waikato, Bounded on the North West by Allotment No. 27, 400 links on or towards the North East by allotment No. 30, 250 links on the South East by a road 400 links and on tbe South West by a Road 250 links. And I further give Notice that the Estate and interest of the said William Appleyard consists of a freohold, and that the same haa been taken by me in execution at the suit of the said William Juckson, tho execution creditor.
