(Before Thomas Bocldiam, Esq., K.7J.) DBTJSKENNESS. Brcgan Buffy, John Cockwood, James Anderson, and John Wainwright, were each fined 5s and tie costs for this offence. THBEATENINa LANGUAGE. Blary Ann Guira was charged with using threatening language towards Elizabeth AicGinty, and prosecutrix further stated that nhe feared unless defendant wore restrained that she would do her some grievoue bodily harm. Defendant ploadednot guilty. Mr. Wynn appeared for the complainant. Proßfcutrix depoeed that ehe livod at Maraiti, and that on the 17th inst. the defendant came to her place and used the language complaiued of. His Worship ordered the defendant to find two sureties of £25 each to keep tbe peace for six months
