AUCKLAND, New Zeaiahd Hbraij> Office, Tuesday afternoon. To-day Messrs. 32. and H. Isaacs held a sale of land and lioußes by order of the trustees in the estate of Mr. B. Simpson. Lot 22, Section 4, Drury, with buildings thereon, sold for £13 XOs: 1 acre of land, store ,and cottage, at Ngaruuwahia, realised £57. Forty acres of land at Waiwera, realised £5, and an acre allotment and houses at Cambridge brought £37. The large iron barge at tha Waikato Heads sold for £15.
