UPON hearing Mr. John Benjamin Russell as of counsel for the Petitioner Christopher Atwelb Harris, A CREDITOR of the said JOHN HIGGINS, and upon reading the said Petition and the affidavit thereto annexed, and the affidavit of Jaiies Hudson "Williamson-, it is ordered that the above named Petition of Christopher Atwell Harris be heard on WEDNESDAY, the seventh day of August next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Auckland, and that the estate of the said JOHN HIGGINS be sequestrated into the hands of BrcnARD Field Pobtbk, of the City of Auckland, Esquire, Inspector in Bankruptcy, and be held by him until the meeting of the creditors of the said JOHN HIGGINS or until the further ordei of this Court, and the Court doth declare that this order shall be a vesting order.
