RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Tuesday. (Before Thomas Beckham, Esq., R.M.) Civil Case. The following case was heard by special summons. TURREL AND TONES V. A. BUBGHAXI. Claim £14 3s Gd for goods. Mr. J. Russell appeared for plaintiff. Defendant did not appear. Robert C. Cahill deposed the service of the summons on board the Countess Russell. The defendant was indebted to tho plaintiffs to the amount of £14 3s 6d. An order forimmediatc execution was obtained.
