(Before Thomas Beckham, Esq., R.M.) DRUNKENNESS. John Ellis, alias Williams, John Mahoney, John Allison, Alice Ho.skins, George Hudson, John Wright, Joseph Smith, and Michael Mullins were punished for drunkenness. BREACHES OF THE MUNICIPAL TOLICE ACT. J. W. Greaves and William Haywarth pleaded guilty to the above offence, and were fined Is and costs, and 10s and costs respectively. This concluded the business.
