ELECTION NOTICE. ELECTORAL DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF AUCKLAND. IN pursuance of th 9 provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, inticuled " Tho Regulation of Elections Act, 1558," I, I Hbney Colin Balnfavis, Esq., Principal Beturning Officer for the Electoral District of tho Province of Auckland, do hereby give notice that by virtue a Writ bearing date the 22nd March, 1867, issued under the hand of Bis Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an ELECTION will be held for the roturn of a qualified person to serve as SUPERINTENDENT of the PROVINCE of AUCKLAND, and that tho NOMINATION of Candidates will J take place at the Mechanics' Institute, Auckland, on TUESDAY, tho 10th day of APRIL, 1867, at 12 o'clock noon, and that the POLL (if necessary) will be taken on FRIDAY, the 2Gth day of APRIL, 1567.
