PUBLIC NOTIFICATION. Waste Lands Office, I _ Auckland, 4th January, 1866. T is hereby notified for general information, that all future applicants for Crown Grants of Land selected under tho Immigration provisions of the "Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1855," and "Auckland Waste Land Act Amendment Act, 1862," will be required to accompany their applications with a certificate as follows :— •"A hereby certify that tlio parties whoso names appear ' n t>'e accompanying application, have, to tlio best of my belief, eacli resided ia tlie l'rovlnco of Auckland from the day of to the day of ("Member of General Assembly I or J'rOY'mclal Council; Signature of-j , rnsti( , e £ Peace.
