TeTTa.—The Tunmaki Herald says. "As some doubts exist as to the whereabouts of Tβ Ua, the high priest and founder of the Pai Marire religion, we can state that lie is at present living at Oeo, the northern boundary on the coast of the sjatiruanui district. _Ho has been hiding until lately in a small clearing in the forest, in company with three or four other natives, whero he'was found with some difficulty by a friendly native. We hear he has recovered from his insanity, and spenks of it as his male (disenso) and says Pai-Marmeism proceeded from it. Our informant stated asi his belief that To mate was caused by small evil spirits, commonly known as /.-il-01-t.to, wring taken possession of lura. Wo arc told bo ffioiie?t6 ffomo in.
